SUBCHAPTER D. COORDINATION OF MULTIAGENCY SERVICES

Each state entity to which this subchapter applies shall adopt the memorandum of understanding required by this subchapter and all revisions to the memorandum. The entities shall develop revisions as necessary to reflect major reorganizations or statutory changes affecting the entities.
