- SUBCHAPTER F. FACILITIES
A health and human services agency may not establish a new facility in a county with a population of less than 200,000 until the agency provides notice about the facility and the facility's location and purpose to:
(1) each state representative and state senator who represents all or part of the county;
(2) the county judge who represents the county; and
(3) the mayor of any municipality in which the facility would be located.
