SUBCHAPTER D. COMMISSION ORGANIZATION

(a) The executive commissioner shall establish divisions within the commission along functional lines as necessary for effective administration and the discharge of the commission's functions.

(b) The executive commissioner may allocate and reallocate functions among the commission's divisions.
