The attorney general shall give written notice of the commission's notification to the attorney general under Section 526.0252 or 526.0253 to the hospital that is the subject of the notification. The notice must include:
(1) a brief summary of the alleged violation;
(2) a statement of the amount of the administrative penalty to be imposed; and
(3) a statement of the hospital's right to a hearing on the alleged violation, the amount of the penalty, or both.
