SUBCHAPTER E. DATA AND TECHNOLOGY

The commission shall explore and evaluate new developments in medical technology and propose implementing the technology in Medicaid, if appropriate and cost-effective. Commission staff implementing this section must have skills and experience in research regarding health care technology.
