SUBCHAPTER K. MEDICAID MANAGED CARE PLAN ENROLLMENT AND DISENROLLMENT

The commission shall ensure that all recipients who are children and who reside in the same household may, at the family's election, be enrolled in the same Medicaid managed care plan.
