SUBCHAPTER C. NONEMERGENCY TRANSPORTATION SERVICES THROUGH MEDICAID MANAGED CARE ORGANIZATION

Subject to Sections 540A.0103 and 540A.0105, the executive commissioner shall adopt rules as necessary to ensure the safe and efficient provision of nonemergency transportation services by a Medicaid managed care organization under this subchapter.
