SUBCHAPTER H. MANAGED CARE ORGANIZATION PREVENTION AND INVESTIGATION OF FRAUD AND ABUSE

This subchapter applies only to a managed care organization that provides or arranges for the provision of health care services to an individual under a government-funded program, including Medicaid and the child health plan program.
