- SUBCHAPTER I. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FRAUD
To establish or maintain the eligibility of an individual and the individual's family for financial assistance or to increase or prevent a reduction in the amount of that assistance, an individual may not intentionally:
(1) make a statement that the individual knows is false or misleading;
(2) misrepresent, conceal, or withhold a fact; or
(3) knowingly misrepresent a statement as being true.
