SUBCHAPTER A. PUBLIC ASSISTANCE BENEFITS PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY DETERMINATION AND SERVICE DELIVERY INTEGRATION

The commission shall examine cost-effective methods to address:

(1) fraud in assistance programs; and

(2) the error rate in eligibility determination.
