SUBCHAPTER D. COMMUNITY-BASED SUPPORT AND SERVICE DELIVERY SYSTEM INITIATIVES AND GRANT PROGRAM

The executive commissioner shall assure the maintenance of no fewer than 28 area agencies on aging in order to assure the continuation of a local system of access and assistance that is sensitive to the aging population.
