- SUBCHAPTER E. PERMANENCY PLANNING
(a) The commission shall collect and maintain aggregate information regarding the involvement of parents and guardians of children residing in institutions described by Sections 546.0201(4)(A), (B), and (D) in the lives of and planning activities relating to those children. The commission shall obtain input from stakeholders concerning the types of information most useful in assessing the involvement of those parents and guardians.
(b) The commission shall make the aggregate information available to the public on request.
