SUBCHAPTER O. MORTALITY REVIEW FOR CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS WITH INTELLECTUAL OR DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY

A health care provider or other person is not civilly or criminally liable for furnishing information to the contracted organization or to the commission for use by the organization in accordance with this subchapter unless the person acted in bad faith or knowingly provided false information to the organization or the commission.
