SUBCHAPTER H. MATCHING GRANT PROGRAM FOR CERTAIN COMMUNITY COLLABORATIVES TO REDUCE INVOLVEMENT OF INDIVIDUALS WITH MENTAL ILLNESS IN CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM

The commission must review plans submitted with a petition under Section 547.0355 before the commission provides a grant under this subchapter. The commission must fulfill this requirement not later than the 60th day of each fiscal year.
