SUBCHAPTER J. INNOVATION MATCHING GRANT PROGRAM FOR MENTAL HEALTH EARLY INTERVENTION AND TREATMENT

The commission shall condition each grant awarded under the matching grant program on the grant recipient providing matching money in an amount that is equal to at least 10 percent of the grant amount.
