CHAPTER 548. HEALTH CARE SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH TELE-CONNECTIVE MEANS
SUBCHAPTER C. PROVISION OF AND REIMBURSEMENT FOR TELEMEDICINE MEDICAL AND TELEHEALTH SERVICES IN GENERAL

This subchapter does not affect any requirement relating to:

(1) a rural health clinic; or

(2) physician delegation to an advanced practice nurse or physician assistant of the authority to carry out or sign prescription drug orders.
