SUBCHAPTER I. PHARMACEUTICAL PATIENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM INFORMATION

In this subchapter, "patient assistance program" means a program a pharmaceutical company offers under which the company provides a drug to individuals in need of assistance at no charge or at a substantially reduced cost. The term does not include the provision of a drug as part of a clinical trial.
