SUBCHAPTER A. ASSOCIATE JUDGES IN DUVAL COUNTY

The judge of the 229th District Court, with the approval of the Commissioners Court of Duval County, may appoint a full-time or a part-time associate judge to perform the duties authorized by this subchapter.
