SUBCHAPTER C. RENEWING OUR COMMUNITIES ACCOUNT

The commission shall monitor the use of the funds administered by the State Commission on National and Community Service under a contract or through a grant under Section 550.0104 to ensure that the funds are used in a manner consistent with the requirements of this subchapter.
