  5. SUBCHAPTER D. DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLANS FOR EMPLOYEES OF INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION

(a) An institution of higher education may create and administer for its employees a 457 plan under this subchapter.

(b) An institution of higher education may contract with other institutions of higher education to create a single deferred compensation plan for their employees under Subsection (a).
