SUBCHAPTER D. DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLANS FOR EMPLOYEES OF INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION

An institution of higher education or group of institutions of higher education that designates a plan administrator may remove the plan administrator at any time unless specifically provided otherwise by contract.
