SUBCHAPTER D. DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLANS FOR EMPLOYEES OF INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION

An employee may change the amount to be deferred by notifying the plan administrator of the change in accordance with the requirements of the administrator.
