SUBCHAPTER B. SALARY AMOUNTS; OVERTIME AND COMPENSATORY TIME

The Texas Department of Criminal Justice shall compensate a person employed by the department for any overtime accrued by the employee for which the employee is entitled to compensation under Section 659.015 in the same month the department compensates employees at the regular rate of pay for the period in which the employee accrued the overtime.
