SUBCHAPTER J. PAYROLL REDUCTION OR DEDUCTION FOR CERTAIN EMPLOYEE BENEFITS AT INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION

A deduction under this subchapter must be made in a form and manner prescribed by the appropriate financial officer of the institution of higher education.
