SUBCHAPTER D. TRANSPORTATION BY PERSONAL AIRCRAFT

A state employee, a key official, a member of a board, or a member of the legislature is entitled to be reimbursed as provided by this subchapter for use of an aircraft owned or leased by the employee, official, or member.
