SUBCHAPTER D. PAYMENTS FOR VACATION TIME TO CONTRIBUTING MEMBERS OF EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYSTEM WHO RETIRE

A payment required by this subchapter shall be computed as if the member had taken vacation time, using the member's rate of compensation as of the date of retirement.
