SUBCHAPTER D. REPORTING AND ENFORCEMENT

The sheriff of a county that operates a jail or contracts with a private vendor to operate a jail who has not entered into an agreement under Section 753.051 shall annually provide proof to the attorney general of the sheriff's attempt to enter into the agreement.
