CHAPTER 76. COMMUNITY SUPERVISION AND CORRECTIONS DEPARTMENTS

A department may accept public funds and grants and gifts from any source for the purpose of financing programs and facilities. A municipality, county, or other political subdivision may make grants to a department for those purposes.
