CHAPTER 773. COORDINATION OF REGULATORY AGENCY INFORMATION GATHERING

The executive head of a regulatory agency shall coordinate the agency's inspections, surveys, investigations, and reporting requirements within the agency and with other regulatory agencies to avoid the duplication of those functions.
