SUBCHAPTER B. OFFICE OF CAPITAL AND FORENSIC WRITS

In this subchapter:

(1) "Committee" means the capital and forensic writs committee established under Subchapter A.

(2) "Office" means the office of capital and forensic writs established under this subchapter.
