SUBCHAPTER C. OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES

The board of trustees shall adopt an investment policy that includes a code of ethics. The code of ethics must contain standards of ethical conduct and disclosure requirements applicable to the members of the board of trustees and employees of the retirement system in the administration of this subtitle.
