SUBCHAPTER E. COLLECTION OF MEMBERSHIP FEES AND CONTRIBUTIONS

If federal regulations prohibit an agency's use of money provided under federal job training laws as state contributions, an agency shall use other money available to it to make state contributions to the retirement system for affected employees.
