SUBCHAPTER A-1. MILITARY SERVICE CREDIT

The board of trustees shall adopt rules to comply with the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994 (38 U.S.C. Section 4301 et seq.), including rules governing how a member subject to this chapter may establish military service credit under this subchapter.
