CHAPTER 825. ADMINISTRATION
SUBCHAPTER B. POWERS AND DUTIES OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES

Subject to the limitations of this subtitle, the board of trustees may adopt rules for:

(1) eligibility for membership;

(2) the administration of the funds of the retirement system; and

(3) the transaction of business of the board.
