  5. SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

(a) A member may apply for service or disability retirement by filing an application for retirement with the board of trustees.

(b) An application for a service retirement annuity may not be made:

(1) after the date the member wishes to retire; or

(2) more than 90 days before the date the member wishes to retire.
