SUBCHAPTER A. POWERS AND DUTIES

The board of trustees shall file with the state comptroller of public accounts a duly attested copy of a board resolution that designates the authorized representatives, as provided by this chapter, who have authority to sign vouchers for payment from the funds administered by the board of trustees.
