CHAPTER 840. ADMINISTRATION
SUBCHAPTER C. OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES

The board of trustees may employ persons, either as full-time employees or as independent contractors, to assist the board in investing assets of the retirement system, in evaluating investments or investment services, or in otherwise managing financial operations of the retirement system.
