SUBCHAPTER A. MUNICIPAL PARTICIPATION

Neither a municipality that participates in the retirement system nor any employee or officer of a participating municipality has authority to act as an agent of the retirement system. An action of or inaction on the part of a participating municipality or its employee or officer is not binding on the retirement system.
