  5. SUBCHAPTER B. POWERS AND DUTIES OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES

(a) The retirement system shall keep, in convenient form, data necessary for required computations and valuations by the actuary.

(b) The board of trustees shall keep a permanent record of all of its proceedings.

(c) Records of the board of trustees are open to the public.
