Tex. Health and Safety Code § 103.001: DEFINITIONS.

Where this section sits in the code

In this chapter:

(1) "Council" means the Texas Diabetes Council.

(2) "Person with diabetes" means a person diagnosed by a physician in accordance with nationally recognized standards as having diabetes.
