- SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS
(a) The department shall hold an annual conference for health authorities and for directors of local health departments and public health districts. The commissioner or the commissioner's designee shall preside over the conference.
(b) A county or municipality may pay necessary expenses incurred by its health authority or director in attending the conference.
