SUBCHAPTER C. EXECUTIVE COMMISSIONER AND DEPARTMENT POWERS AND DUTIES

All fees and administrative penalties collected under this chapter shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the freestanding emergency medical care facility licensing fund and may be appropriated to the department only to administer and enforce this chapter.
