- SUBCHAPTER A. CREATION OF DISTRICT
In this chapter:
(1) "Board" means the board of hospital managers of a district.
(2) "District" means a hospital district created under this chapter.
(3) "Executive commissioner" means the executive commissioner of the Health and Human Services Commission.
