CHAPTER 292D. COUNTY HEALTH CARE PROVIDER PARTICIPATION PROGRAM IN CERTAIN COUNTIES BORDERING NECHES RIVER
SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This chapter applies only to a county that:

(1) is not served by a hospital district;

(2) has a population of more than 250,000; and

(3) borders the Neches River.
