CHAPTER 293A. COUNTY HEALTH CARE PROVIDER PARTICIPATION PROGRAM IN CERTAIN COUNTIES INCLUDING PORTION OF CONCHO RIVER
SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This chapter applies only to a county that:

(1) is not served by a hospital district or a public hospital;

(2) has a population of more than 100,000; and

(3) includes a portion of the Concho River.
