SUBCHAPTER B. MISCELLANEOUS COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATIONS

A component institution of an institution that is supported by the federal or state government or a department, division, or agency of the federal government is not required to be a member of a cooperative association created under this subchapter but may be a member of one or more associations.
