  4. CHAPTER 317. DESIGNATION OF CAREGIVER FOR RECEIPT OF AFTERCARE INSTRUCTION

This chapter applies only to a patient who is:

(1) 18 years of age or older; or

(2) younger than 18 years of age who has had the disabilities of minority removed.
