SUBCHAPTER S. VOLUNTARY CLEANUP PROGRAM

The purpose of the voluntary cleanup program is to provide incentive to remediate property by removing liability of lenders and future landowners. The program does not replace other voluntary actions and is restricted to voluntary actions.
