SUBCHAPTER Y. COMPUTER EQUIPMENT RECYCLING PROGRAM

The commission shall compile information from manufacturers and issue an electronic report to the committee in each house of the legislature having primary jurisdiction over environmental matters not later than March 1 of each year.
