Text of section effective on the date described by Section 2, Ch. 671 (H.B. 5033), Acts of the 89th Legislature, Regular Session, 2025.

Notwithstanding any other law, the commission and the Department of Public Safety are not required to implement or enforce any other provision of this subchapter or a requirement under Chapter 548, Transportation Code, related to emissions inspections.
